By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

The Small Business Community Association (SBCA) is run by Sea Panda Industries LLC, 1225 North Arizona Ave #4028, Gilbert, AZ 85233. When these terms say "we" or "us," that's who we mean.

Questions about anything here: email support@smallbusinesscommunity.org. We answer every message within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays).

Who SBCA is for

SBCA is offered for customers in the United States. We don't block purchases from elsewhere, but our content assumes US rules and may not fit your situation. Prices are in US dollars.

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.

How SBCA uses AI

SBCA is run with AI. Most of our emails, replies and member messages are written by AI assistants and signed "The SBCA team". Rich Thurman hosts the live lessons and office hours himself.

Nothing is signed as Rich unless he wrote it or approved it. If you ask one of our AI assistants whether it's a person, it will tell you it's an AI assistant for the SBCA team.

Using our materials

You may use our lessons, prompts and templates in your own business, and share them with your own staff. Please don't resell them, republish them, or share them with anyone outside your business. We keep the copyright.

Results

Our materials teach methods. Your results depend on your business and your effort. We don't promise income or time savings.

Problems with a charge

Please email support@smallbusinesscommunity.org first if something looks wrong with a charge. We fix mistakes quickly.

If we charged you by mistake (for example, a duplicate charge), we refund it in full within 1 business day of finding it or hearing from you.

If you dispute an SBCA charge with your bank or card company instead of asking us:

• You can't buy from SBCA again, whatever the outcome of the dispute. This covers the email addresses and phone numbers used at checkout.
• We don't refund a disputed charge. We send your bank our records of the purchase: your receipt, these terms, and our records of your download.
• Refunds we already owe you on charges you didn't dispute are still paid.
• Only SBCA's owner can lift this block. There's no appeal.

Emails and texts

We send receipts and other emails about your purchase even if you unsubscribe from our promotional emails. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link.

We don't send text messages today. If we start, we'll ask for your permission separately, and replying STOP will end all texts.

Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms has a version number and date at the top. Changes only apply going forward.

Which law applies

Arizona law governs these terms, and disputes are heard in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. If your own state's law gives you rights that can't be waived, you keep them.
