Our refund policy

The $47 kit: 30-day money-back guarantee

• Full refund within 30 days. Ask within 30 days of your purchase and you get the whole $47 back.
• No reason needed. We may ask what didn't work so we can improve it, but you don't have to answer.
• Keep what you downloaded. We won't ask you to delete anything.
• One kit refund per person. If you've had a kit refund before, the guarantee doesn't apply again.
• After 30 days, kit purchases aren't refunded.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or email support@smallbusinesscommunity.org from the address you used to buy. Just say you'd like a refund. No forms, no phone calls.

What happens next

• We handle your request within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays).
• The money goes back the way you paid, and we email you when it's sent.
• Your bank then usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it. That part is up to your bank, not us.
• The charge shows on your statement under the name on your receipt.

Charges we got wrong

If we charged you by mistake (for example, twice for the same thing), we refund it in full within 1 business day of finding it or hearing from you.

Please talk to us before your bank

If you don't recognise a charge or think it's wrong, email support@smallbusinesscommunity.org first. We'll sort it out quickly.

If you dispute an SBCA charge with your bank or card company instead, we don't refund that charge, whatever the outcome, and you can't buy from SBCA again. Refunds we already owe you on other charges you didn't dispute are still paid. The full rule is in our terms.
