SAGE- formerly the DSV Crisis Center Receives 2018 Best of Business Award

PHOENIX, October 23, 2018, SAGE- formerly the DSV Crisis Center has been selected for the 2018 Best of Business Award by the Small Business Community.

Being in business sets people apart from most ordinary people and the Small Business Community is dedicated to helping others understand that running a business is an obtainable goal and that everyone should try their best at living their dreams.

The Small Business Community recognizes and awards business owners because they often do not receive the recognition they deserve. Business owners are role models for everyone whether they know it or not. About SAGE- formerly the DSV Crisis Center

SAGE is the crime victims service center for Chelan and Douglas counties located in Washington State. SAGE stands for Safety, Advocacy, Growth and Empowerment and our mission is to Educate, Advocate, and Empower to end violence. SAGE has been serving the Wenatchee Valley since 1978. SAGE offers free, confidential, client centered services to anyone who has been a victims of crime. Some of the services provided include: medical advocacy, legal advocacy, general advocacy, help with protection orders, food bank, emergency housing, a 24 hour a day crisis line, a teen text line and much more. SAGE is 100% grant funded. Chelan and Douglas counties have a landmass roughly the same as the state of Connecticut. SAGE provides outstations in Chelan, Bridgeport, Waterville and Leavenworth and also provides community outreach and education to the communities that we serve.
